The Drawing will be held at the 5th Annual Festival:
Sunday Sept. 20th at the Kempton Community Center

MAREA reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the raffle for any reason including without limitation an inability to secure the advertised prizes and/or failure to sell the minimum number of tickets to make the raffle viable. In the event that MAREA terminates the raffle, raffle ticket purchasers will be contacted by the organization and either a refund of the amount paid and/or the opportunity to convert the price paid to a charitable contribution to the Organization.
Selection of winning ticket. The winning ticket will be selected by a random drawing of all entries at the 5th annual Festival, on Sept. 20th, at the Kempton Community Center; as stated on the raffle tickets. The drawing date may be changed in the sole discretion of the Organization. If the raffle period is changed it will be reflected on the web page for the raffle. The winners if not present at the drawing, will be notified in person, by telephone, email or mail within seven days of the drawing. The winner may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to the prize being awarded. The winner(s) will be featured on the website after the drawing.
Odds of winning. The odds of winning a raffle will be determined by the total number of tickets sold. The minimum & maximum number of tickets necessary for the raffle will be determined by MAREA. No more than 10,000 tickets will be sold.
Raffle location. The raffle itself is being conducted by MAREA, a non-profit organization. By participating in each raffle you understand and agree that the raffle is being conducted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Organization resides. You further agree that any and all claims arising out of your participation in this raffle shall be resolved in a court with jurisdiction in the state of organizations location. You also understand that this raffle and your participation in it is void where prohibited by law.
Severability and Integration. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you, RafflePartner and Organization. Your participation in this raffle supercedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you, Raffle Partner and the Organization with respect to this site and this raffle. If any part of these TERMS OF USE is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
