MAREA is pleased to announce our first eARTh show as part of the
2009 Pa Alternative Energy & Sustainable Living Festival.
Works exhibited in the show must express a love for the earth and
concern for sustainability.
They may also relate to our 2009 theme “Harvest the Power.”
Artists wishing to be considered for the show are invited to submit
up to 5 samples of their work.
Slides, photographs or CD of the work along with a one page statement about works
submitted and a brief artist’s bio should be mailed to:

Submissions must be received by July 15, 2009.
Artists will be notified of acceptance by August 15, 2009.
Original works in all media except video will be considered for exhibition.
Works to be displayed must be installation ready.
Works will be available for sale with 30% of the sale price to be donated to MAREA.
All artwork should be labeled by the artist with title, artist’s name and price.
Artwork must be delivered to the Kempton Community Center on
Tuesday, Sept. 15 or Wednesday, September 16 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Unsold art work must be picked up
Sunday, Sept. 20 5:00 to 7:00 pm or Monday, Sept. 21 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Audio and performance work will be considered for exhibition on our solar sound stage.
